Why AraSync Exists
We built the software we wished existed when we started our own agency.
AraSync was born out of frustration. As the founder of a Minnesota-based mental health and personal care agency, I spent years dealing with the same problems every healthcare operator knows: providers drowning in paperwork, compliance tracking scattered across spreadsheets, EVV systems that didn't talk to our EHR, and billing denials that ate into revenue.
Every EHR we tried was built by software companies that had never run a healthcare agency. They didn't understand that a provider in the field needs to document a visit in under 2 minutes. They didn't know that a missed credential renewal can shut down your billing for weeks. They didn't feel the pain of staying up until midnight reconciling visit data with compliance reports.
So we built AraSync — not as a side project, but as the system we use to run our own agency every day. Every feature exists because we needed it. Every workflow was tested in real clinical settings before it shipped.
