How does pricing work?

Is there a setup fee?
No hidden fees. Implementation and onboarding are included in your plan. Enterprise clients may opt for custom training packages priced separately.
Can I scale up as we grow?
Absolutely. Add providers, service lines, and modules at any time. We grow with your agency — no need to switch platforms as you expand.
What counts as a "provider"?
A provider is any staff member who uses the mobile app to check in/out of visits. Administrative users (schedulers, supervisors) don't count toward your provider total.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Enterprise clients can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
